¶ Overview
Sales Settings allow for setting up the credit policy and generic ticket policy of the convention.
¶ Fields
Select the tab below that corresponds with the tab in the manage interface:
¶ Credit
Use to Purchase- Determines if credits can be used to purchase items or not.- Disabled - Attendees cannot spend any credits they have received in the convention store.
- Enabled - Attendees may spend any credits they have received in the convention store (e.g. when buying merchandise).
¶ Generic Tickets
Use for Events- Determines if generic tickets are available to use in this convention.- Disabled - Generic tickets are not used for ticketed events.
- Enabled - Users can purchase generic tickets that they can later redeem when joining ticketed events.
Value- The value of a generic ticket when used for an event seat.Note: Any changes to this value will be retrospectively applied to all existing generic tickets.
