Manage issues reported on any game (e.g. missing pieces, etc.). Reporting is done at the library check-in/out station (see Library Checkout Assistant for more details about this process), or in the backend by convention organizers as described here.
- Click Reports.
- Under Reports, click Add.
- Specify the following parameters:
a. Game: Name of the game with the reported issue.
b. Badge: Select the badge reporting the issue.
c. Status: Select Pending when initially reporting an issue, or change the Status on a previously reported issue if you want to change it.
-Pending: A message related to the initial issue that is/was being report. The first pending message will display either as the user on the convention side entering the report or as the person who played the game and reported the problem.
- Click Save.
Additionally, you can manage games that have already been reported.
- Select the game from the list of reported games.
- Change the status and enter a message/report for the status change.
-Confirmed: A message related to checking the pending problem to confirm whether the reported issue is accurate (back end only).
-Resolved: A message related to the steps taken to fix the confirmed issue (back end only).
-Closed: A message related to a second person confirming the resolved problem is fixed (back end only).
- Click Save.
-Messages: View a history of messages (pending, confirmed, resolved, and closed) related to the reported game.
