Manage your Play to Wins if your convention has them.
- Under Checkout, click Play to Win.
-IMPORTANT NOTE. A Play to win game must be entered into your game library before it can be assigned as a Play to Win game HERE.
- Under Play to Win, click Create.
- Start typing the name of the game in the search bar.
- Select the game you want to designate as Play to win from the list of games that populate your library.
- Click Save to add the game to your Play to win game list.
Gift a Game
Gifting the Play to Win games to the winners.
- Select the checkbox next to each game you are ready to gift.
- Select Gift on the upper right corner of the page to distribute randomly the Play to win games to eligible winners.
Winners will be notified via their notifications tab and will be displayed as the winners on the Play to win tab on the attendee side of the software. The timing of the gifting is done manually, so it can be processed at any time, even at multiple times (e.g. some games on one day and some games on another day). But, when you hit the gifting button the winners are automatically chosen from the qualified candidates.
