The add-ons menu shows all add-on items sold during the convention as well as their status and corresponding information.
The grid provides a view of all add-on items. Clicking on an item will take you to the detailed view of that sale item.

The quick search and filter options are in the usual place above the grid. Select any option to filter the view to those records. Click the to clear any filters set.
You can filter your add-ons in numerous ways (i.e. status, item, and variant). The quick search filters records by Item, Badge, Sale, and internal reference number.
The Item and Variant dropboxes can be used to filter for chosen items. Clicking on them will provide a secondary search function where the name of the item/variant you want to filter by (e.g. coffee mug) can be located and selected to filter.
This process can be repeated to add additional items to the filtered list (e.g. coffee mug, then t-shirt, etc.)
Switch an Add-on Variant - Change an add-on from one variant to anotherExport All Add-ons and Their Collection Status - Creates a CSV export of all add-ons for easy external reference/review.
Status - The status of the add-on, either:Item - The name of the item.Badge - The name and badge number of who the item belongs to. Clicking the will show details on the badge in the side panel.Sale - The sale number, total of the sale, and any discounts used to purchase the add-on item. Clicking the will show details of the sale in the side panel.Purchased on - The date of the purchase.Received on - If the item has been collected this will be shown in the detailed view and indicate when the item was collected.For add-on items that have variants a button is available from the detailed view to allow you to change a variant. e.g.) Change a T-shirt: Large to T-shirt: Small
Warning: When switching a variant to one with a different price the difference is ignored. If you wish to account for the difference in price, it is recommended to refund the item fully and have the attendee purchase the correct variant themselves.
